I always been very skeptical about chiro therapy even though I never had any treament. However I was at the end of my rope with severe pain in my left lower back and thigh. My doctor sent me for a list of tests for past seven months with out any diagnoses or treatment. No pain medication was helpful including Tylenol #3 or other nerve pain killer. I was bedridden for few weeks due of such debilitating non stop pain. So I started my treatment and by the end of four weeks I felt lot better. I have much improved since. I am able to walk, have incredibly reduced pain and I am excited for my recovery.

I went to Dr. Sandy 10 years ago...I was in rough shape, after 2 visits I was walking pain free.

I never considered going to Chiropractor prior to that. I was healthy, and didn't have any back issues. And the thought of some one cracking my back was not appealing.
However, some one recommended Dr. Sandy when I had a reoccurring Charley horse in the front of my thigh that appeared out of nowhere and wasn't subsiding no matter what I tried.
Dr. Sandy's holistic and KST gentle targeted adjustments are far from back cracking.
A couple of visits, and the Charley horse was gone, and I recognized a few other positive side affects. My hips no longer bothered me after carrying around my kids, my chronic knee stiffness also disappeared. Continuing with regular, though infrequent visits, my seasonal migraines no longer completely incapacitated me.
As I have aged Dr. Sandy has supported me through a pinched sciatic nerve at one end of the spectrum, and general life stresses at the other.
This experience opens your eyes to the interconnections of our body and how some thing so simple as maintaining your back and central nervous system can affect your overall well being.
